Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted August 27, 2016 Posted August 27, 2016 Not a lot of fun this year, but here's one! Brian Dozier is currently 10th in the league in ISO (isolated power) at .272. Get lost, you ****ing hack. Also, glad to see ya!
snepp Verified Member Posted August 27, 2016 Posted August 27, 2016 What can I say, misery loves company, and I couldn't let you all (or more like me), suffer alone. (also tried to multi-quote, but apparently 4 is too many at one time, I'll have to get on the admins about that)
snepp Verified Member Posted August 27, 2016 Posted August 27, 2016 Back to the Dozier lovefest, over the last 30 days... Ranked 4th in MLB in fWAR Ranked 3rd in MLB in slugging % Ranked 2nd in MLB in runs scored Ranked 1st in MLB in home runs

snepp Verified Member Posted August 27, 2016 Posted August 27, 2016 Seriously. Truth. I agree, it's definitely the beer.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted August 27, 2016 Posted August 27, 2016 I agree, it's definitely the beer. No arguments from me <hic>. Hey, why's the room tilting?
snepp Verified Member Posted August 31, 2016 Posted August 31, 2016 2016 home runs... David Ortiz - 31 Brian Dozier - 31
jimmer Verified Member Posted August 31, 2016 Posted August 31, 2016 In the AL, only one first baseman has more DRS than Mauer (who has six). Moreland is the AL leader in DRS for AL 1Bs with 8, but he also has 130 more innings played there. Mauer IS tied with Davis with 6, who has 320 more IP there.

USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 7, 2016 Posted September 7, 2016 In the last month (8/6 - 9/6) the Twins have gone 7-23 while allowing 220 runs. TWO HUNDRED TWENTY. Over seven runs per game. They gave up double digit runs in NINE of those thirty games.

Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 I'm so frickin' bored at work today so I'm browsing stats and just kinda screwing around. I noticed that Brian Dozier has two pinch hit plate appearances this season. His slash line is: - / 1.000 / - / 1.000
bluechipper Provisional Member Posted October 4, 2016 Posted October 4, 2016 I just saw a new Statcast stat on MLB Now. It's called percentage of "Barrels" allowed, and not surprisingly, two Twins top the list: Tyler Duffey and Hector Santiago at 6.7% and 6.2%. 3rd place was at 5.6%. Just another stat to show us how bad the pitching was this year.
Marek Houston Wichita Wind Surge - AA SS Houston went 3-for-4. He's hitting .333/.415/.505 (.920) since joining the Kernels. He added his fifth and sixth doubles. Explore Marek Houston News >
