I love the MLB Network guys making excuses for that play by Hunter.  'Hunter normally makes that play.'  Yeah, in 2006 guys :-)

Hicks catches that.

what happened?

It goes back to a few game threads about two months ago talking about Hicks being able to catch a ball that a lesser outfielder didn't. Sorry for the overly obscure inside reference.

I hadn't even seen the play till like 3 minutes ago on MLB Network.  I don't get the Twins games here.

Long time, no posts. Hope you've all been enjoying this run by the Twins. It's been fun.

I think I just ran out of things to say although I did lurk around a bit.

Hicks on 1st. No outs. Let's do some scoring here.

Good to hear from you JB

Missed Ya

I don't suppose you are the big Michigan PowerShell winner, are you Brian?

If I were a Cleveland fan I'd have gotten sick of the drum about 30 years ago.

If I were a Cleveland Fan... I'd get real serious about Urban Revitalization.

I don't think Duffey has much left. He's hung a few hooks, worked some long counts, but survived. The doubles weren't cheap and Kipnis' ball was probably out without the wind (Plouffe's too, maybe), but Molitor has to be ready to go to the 'pen early.

No... But I'm thinking of become whoever's new best friend.

Yeah, I agree, hasn't been spotting his fastball all that effectively and it seems the hitters are getting more intent on just sitting on the breaking ball, which like you say has been up a few too many times.

Just like I said...ride him 'til he drops.

I realize that the team is watching Duffy with some sort of pitch count concern, but I am having a wonderful time watching this kid show his skills. Didn't see him in my potential 2015 line-up, now I think he has established himself as a strong rotation guy for 2016!

She hasn't gone public yet but the place she works at has said it's a female and she let everyone know at work that her numbers matched.

I think my wife would let me marry her.

Shameful to put up an offensive performance like this against a struggling pitcher with your season on the line. I saw this coming from a mile away. I just figured it would be in the 8th or 9th.

What a shame.
