Due sing has 20 BB's to 21 K's in 41 innings pitched... yeah he got out of it fine but that is pretty terrible for a reliever.

Yeah it was a good series for the most part. Hopefully this wasn't the one we look back and say dang Sox game from 09/03/15. Needed that one to either force a game 163 or clinch the 2nd WC spot. Glad Hicks is back tomorrow we need him to leadoff and get on base and get Dozier, Mauer and Plouffe's bat's going. Those guy's have to break out of the funk they are in right? You would think eventually some stuff would start falling those guys ways. Dozier going the other way is a good start. For the Twins to stay in it everyone is going to have to grab an oar, but those three guys because of there talent need more out of them at the plate especially Mauer and Plouffe. 

I doubt we'll point to this game and say that it was "the one" that cost use a playoff spot.  There have been a few blown leads this season.  Saying that this particular one was the breaking point would be a bit much.

If anything, I remember that meltdown the first time we played the Rangers in Texas. That was a bad one.

speaking of Texas, I will never forget that Latroy Hawkins game from like a decade ago. This loss sucked, but it wasn't gut punching/heart breaking.

C'mon now, let's not get hysterical. Today's loss definitely sucked and should  not have happened but they have now won 4 straight series since the implosion in NY. They need 17 wins to get to 86, which should get them there.

Not sure 86 even gets it done, Texas is playing GREAT ball these days and now we are 1.5 back. They need to win games like today. Now because of that let down they have to make up that win somewhere else...IE sweep Houston instead of 2 out of 3
