Platoon Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Duensing wears his cap like a guy using someone else's card at an ATM, and doesn't want to be sen on the cam!
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 When we come back and win this. Duensing gets a ton of credit for it.
jimbo92107 Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Duensing actually threw a 93mph heater to Altuve. Tough little out.
Platoon Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Yes, he was supposed to be, and it's far from decided yet that he won't be. That said, he needs to do something in his at bats soon if he wants to stay up for much longer. Keep in mind he's 21 years old and missed most of last year in the minors due to injuries. He hit very well in 2013 and hit well in AA and AAA this year. I don't really get what's happening to him now it seems like he has no clue what is being thrown. He has had a cold start at every level he has moved to. That doesn't mean he will get better this year, but it's his history!
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 ... but watch out for the face pinch counterattack. http://t.fod4.com/t/be30300653/c480x270_41.jpgWow I used to love watching KITH when they'd show them on Comedy Central. Not for everyone, but memorable.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Has Dozier found his stroke again?
ScrapTheNickname Provisional Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Home fans reaching for balls in play. Talk about YUCK. Upon further review, everyone did fine and I approve.

D. Hocking Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 If Bark was here... He could do that for us. I have to think Bark is on a lot of government watch lists.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 If the Twins could have scored every runner who reached second or third with none out.........
Platoon Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Has Dozier found his stroke again? If Dozier ever finds out that there is another 2 or 300 feet to the right of where he always hits the ball he would actually be a better hitter!
glunn Community Moderator Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Wow I used to love watching KITH when they'd show them on Comedy Central. Not for everyone, but memorable. I met one of them once -- he was Canadian.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 It takes that long for my brain to formulate rationale thoughts! I often yield to temptation, and post the irrational ones... It can be fun, but it does have its drawbacks...
jimbo92107 Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Byron Buxton's problem stems from a lack of confidence, which manifests itself with uncertainty, flat feet and no rhythm at the plate. You have to pretend that you're going to smack the crap out of every pitch, then hold up when you see that the pitch isn't in your zone. Buxton right now is standing flat footed, thinking he can suddenly produce a swing without shifting his weight. He's dead meat as long as he does that. You can commit your weight without bringing the bat around. See Sano, Miguel.
Platoon Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 The guy pitching for Houston looks vaguely familiar, but the beard is throwing me off!
LaBombo Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 When we come back and win this. Duensing gets a ton of credit for it. Put a random capital letter in your next post if you're being held hostage by Duensing's gun moll... http://static.tumblr.com/f36fea15cecdab918c9c414e5d443d75/9kkx2d7/do8nhxyqb/tumblr_static_15w2132k0y5ck00g8sgs0kgoo.jpg
ScrapTheNickname Provisional Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 How many times CAN a team shoot themselves in the foot? I mean once would hurt. Twice would be excruciating. Three would be insane. Four would be absolutely irresponsible. Five? Six?
blairpaul715 Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 This kind of hitting the last 2 days, is how losing streaks starts, how many opportunities we going to squander
jimbo92107 Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 See Sano, Miguel flail at a Pat Neshek Frisbee curve.
twinsnorth49 Old-Timey Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 I met one of them once -- he was Canadian. They are all Canadian, Kevin McDonald is a regular at Winnipeg Jets games, I see him quite often. They were brilliant, on the same level as SCTV.

blairpaul715 Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Seems like it was more of an advantage for us in the dome, other teams had lots of trouble therei agree early on, but at the end, i didnt think so, but you are probably still right.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Hitting the submarine pitch must be like trying to read credits that scroll down from the top.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Good for neshek, but how many runners have the twins had on tonight with nobody out and how many runs have we scored? Bases loaded, one runFirst two on three times, no runs. Brutal.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 I wish we still had Neshek. I always liked him.
Platoon Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Dear whine line, addicted caller here! Do you think MLB should change its scoring rules. I find it unfair that Plouffe should be deprived of a DP opportunity simply because there are two outs! Harmon K.
blairpaul715 Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 See Sano, Miguel flail at a Pat Neshek Frisbee curve. But he watched the hanging curve ball and swung at 2 he couldnt reach, frustrating nite tonight.
blairpaul715 Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 I think they need to call up someone tonight for tomorrow, in case Santana goes 5 or less...........is it Berrios turn in the AAA rotation????
DiscGolfer Verified Member Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 What's Plouffe's middle name? Trevor DP louffe?
