Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Dozier pops out, in foul territory, for second out. Guy really knows how to kill a rally.
Blake Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Good out by Hicks on a close play and got Suzuki to second. I'm seeing a little more confidence by both Hicks and Santana at the plate.

glunn Community Moderator Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 The Royals are losing in the 9th inning, so this might be a very good day.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 I think Detroit is going to plunk Suzuki for taking that weak curve as a hit by batter last night. close... Detroit pitcher buzzed Plouffe, not Suzuki. No idea why. It was the very first pitch of the 2nd inn. and it was a straight fastball right at his head. Plouffe laughed it off and lined a single on the next pitch, sparking the 3 run rally.

sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Author Posted July 11, 2015 Stick a fork in Dozier?Sometimes you stick fork. And sometimes, the fork, well he sticks you. Oh yeah, 3-0 Minnesota entering the bottom of the 3rd. What shall we do? CBU?
JB_Iowa Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 It is so good to see Mauer turn things around.
Blake Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Either Hughes is very sharp or the Tigers have taken the day off. Let's hope it's a little of both and the situation continues. Go Twins!
stringer bell Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Never make the first or third out at third.
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Even though the Twins are killing the baseball right now, I'm concerned with our sloppy baserunning. Both Sano and Hicks have been caught going from 2nd to 3rd so far.
Craig Arko Old-Timey Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Sano doubles Mauer home, and is out trying for 3rd. By a mile.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Just think if they hadn't lost two runners on the bases.
Jerr Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Sano is not as fast as he was thinking he was.A beautiful day to be here!I picked a good day to come!
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 That is no laughing matter and I hope that there is no more buzzing. You are right. Thanks for filling out the picture for me. That pitch was way too close. We're lucky Plouffe is a guy who will laugh it off.* *and as I type that, Plouffe steals third without a throw...
Circus Boy Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 The Twins have scored 12 runs straight on the Tiggers. This is good. EDIT: 14 straight runs.
JB_Iowa Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 What a good AB by Aaron Hicks. Such patience.
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Now the Twins are going to blow a 6-0 lead in the 9th.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 CBU Update: (2 + 1) * 2 = 6
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 What a good AB by Aaron Hicks. Such patience.nothing cheap about that triple!

Squirrel Community Moderator Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 By reading Detroit news article comments, it looks like the Detroit fan base is on fire and in full pitchfork. (and they were restless even before last night) Let's add some more fuel to it I hope Brian isn't in any immediate danger being a Twins' fan in Tigers' territory!
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 This game is on Fox Sports 1. 150 on Dish. No idea where it is on your cable or Direct TV. Go Twins!FS1 here, on Comcast
