stringer bell Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Another trip to the well with Boyer?Guess not.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 You guys all jinxed that one. I blame every last one of you.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Well, credit where 'tis due with the intro. That was McCutchen.
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Is JR Graham still on the team? I swear he hasn't pitched for days.Especially after he got pummeled by the Tigers, we're only going to see him throwing in blowouts. The Twins are basically hiding him at the back of the bullpen. Very similar to what we did with Pressly two years ago, except I remember that he pitched pretty well.
Craig Arko Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 I just hope this doesn't lead to a 13 man pitching staff.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Cutch was 0-7 in the series, pretty hard to contain a superstar for two full games.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 I just hope this doesn't lead to a 13 man pitching staff.I generally agree, except I'm tempted to say another reliever would do more for this team than Bernier.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Welp, if he can't hold a lead, mebbe he can vulture a win.
Mill1634 Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 I generally agree, except I'm tempted to say another reliever would do more for this team than Bernier.Who would we bring up though? Why isn't Pinto up instead of Bernier BTW
Craig Arko Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 I generally agree, except I'm tempted to say another reliever would do more for this team than Bernier.Stauffer?

USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Stauffer?Another major league reliever, I meant.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Robinson got every bit of that ball. Lazy fliner almost to the warning track.
Bark's Lounge Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 I was hoping not to have to do this today. But the boyz need some help or something. The Rally Roger has been raised.
Circus Boy Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Corey Hart always killed our pitching when he was with the Brewers and Mariners. Nice to get him out.
Craig Arko Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Good job, J.R. You don't get shot.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Cutch was 0-7 in the series, pretty hard to contain a superstar for two full games.True that. But the jinxes probably had just as much to do with it.
Circus Boy Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Fine pitching, Mr. Graham. And you make a fine cracker, too.
ashbury Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Just got back from dinner. What happened to the 3-1 lead I entrusted you all with?
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Apparently I was wrong about JR Graham. He got to pitch in a very important situation... I'm surprised, but impressed by the result.
ashbury Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Robinson got every bit of that ball. Lazy fliner almost to the warning track.I bet even he was surprised.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Just got back from dinner. What happened to the 3-1 lead I entrusted you all with? They all jinxed it.
ashbury Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Apparently I was wrong about JR Graham. He got to pitch in a very important situation... I'm surprised, but impressed by the result. In a modern bullpen there really isn't room to totally hide a guy like used to be done. / and Dick notes, just now, that the Twins have now seen every Pirate reliever, in just this two-game series
ashbury Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 They all jinxed it.I just wanted to get that pronoun into the record.
Craig Arko Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 They all jinxed it.We're waiting for the pros from Dover to take it over.
ashbury Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Odds against the road team in this tie game.Road teams have better ERAs than home teams in extra innings.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Boyer in the 8th, Perk the 9th. Can they do it again?Another trip to the well with Boyer? And milldaddy: 'Hopefully Boyer stays hot.' They.
