mnsportsgeek Provisional Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 10 of our next 13 are gonna be tough. Coming out of them 7-6 would be really good in my opinion. Chicago is playing better and we got 7 games against Boston which is never easy for us. Winning 2 or 3 against Toronto will be important.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Wow. Extra innings. A Mauer homerun. Six games over .500.Starting to BELIEVE!Wait...wait. What was that middle thing again??
Blake Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 I was just thinking "No power Mauer" and how nice it would be if Mauer hit his first home run. And it came to pass. I'm going to troll the Sox fan site Friday. Should be fun. Yes, I have an account. No quarter given, no quarter expected.

Six games over .500.Starting to BELIEVE!I don't know how the season will end up, but I am with you sister! Even if the Twins don't reach .500 - this team is on the up swing! The changes are working and It's fun again.
Halsey Hall Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Nice win, hard earned and a few really good showing by some guys. Mollie pushed the right buttons tonight.
JB_Iowa Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Don't look now but the White Sox are 18-18. 4 teams in the Central at or above .500. True to many pre-season projections, I guess, if you sub the Twins for the Indians. Edit: White Sox are 18-19. Didn't realize they weren't finished with their game with Cleveland.
David HK Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 You decide your own level of involvement...Heh-- I just noticed your logo-name. Braziiiiiiiiiiil.... Now I've got that song in my head all day. Well, could surely be a worse one.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Nice win, hard earned and a few really good showing by some guys. Mollie pushed the right buttons tonight. You can say it, Hallsey. 'And a really good showing by Plouffe.'
JB_Iowa Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 I can tell it was mostly guys in here last night. Beer cans scattered around. Peanut shells on the floor. I borrowed the Twins' broom to do a little sweeping but I'll make sure they get it back before Chicago.
formerly33 Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Sadly I wasn't able to participate last night. Luckily I also was unable to listen to the game. I don't think I could have handled the stress. But we came out strong (as expected), and I read the thread today. Good one (as expected). I saw that some of you can't see the lefty batter in the MLB logo. I hope this helps.
