    I'm right there with ya. I live down the street from the Life Care Center in Kirkland, where the biggest outbreak occurred. Fortunately, I'm able to work from home most of the time, but it's hard now that my kids are going to be out of school for the next 6 weeks. None of us have shown any symptoms yet though (knock on wood), but we're still being cautious. Even though it's inconvenient that everything is closing down, I think it was the right move. I sure am bummer about March Madness being cancelled and baseball season being delayed though.

    This is a great post, and one that I can certainly relate to. It's always nice to hear from other fans who have the same experiences following their team from afar. And I completely agree with your take on the time zone difference....I love that I can watch most Twins games starting at 5pm.

    Exactly! This season has probably been the most fun I ever remember watching baseball. They're off to a bad start this series, but how about a little perspective. Not many expected them to make it this far.

    Ok, it was only 1 run. Hopefully he can settle down and keep the Yankees in check the next 4 innings. Now the bats need to come alive....BIG TIME.

    I agree. The only reason for not sending Berrios out for the 5th might be because they plan on using him in game 4. Perhaps they will use an opener for 2 innings, have Berrios pitch 4 innings, then go to their top dogs in the bullpen for the last 3. If that isn't then plan, then he should have gone back out for the 5th.

    Living near Mariners' fans has made me appreciate just seeing my team reach the playoffs. I'm not going to take that for granted.
