Hmmm. Looked like it grazed the outer edge of the foul poll, with the mild (by my golf swing standards) slice turning into a mild right turn. Who's up for foul poll impact sensors? Just kidding. Mostly.

 

Either way, that's a pretty impressive ride for a go-the-other-way swing.

I love coconut cake, which is usually just vanilla cake with coconut icing. But on rare occasions the cake itself has coconut flavor. I wonder why those occasions seem so rare. Is it difficult to just add some coconut milk to the cake?

I love coconut cake ... but I usually have to have it with some kind of a filling ... hmm ... may have to make something ... vanilla cake, with a raspberry cream filling, and vanilla frosting with coconut.

It always bothered me that, with my aversion to coconut, one of the very few food-acquiring survival tools the military offered was a gas-powered coconut opener.

I've got a great recipe for German chocolate cake ... makes 3 layers. My mom used to make it with broiled coconut frosting ... but I make mine with the regular coconut pecan frosting.
