TwinsDaily's John Bonnes finds himself all over the KFAN Preposterous Tournament bracket...

 

In one bracket, he'll go up against Paul Charchian and in another, he'll go against the NBA's Bruce Bowen.

PA gets props for quantity, but Gorg's "We'd rather be scoreless than up 2-0" has got to be the Vegas favorite, IMO.

Paul Allen could easily take 5 of the final 8 spots.

 

They should really just do a tournament for him. For every show. They could easily fill a daily bracket for him, it's almost not fair.

If it was a UFC match, they'd stop the fight the moment PA entered the ring- in the interest of public safety from the preponderance of preposterous.

Jim Souhan is severely under-represented, comparing Miguel Sano to Miguel Cabrera has to be one of his least preposterous quotes.

That is really funny from Rosenthal. Delmon never had mobility in the first place, at least I never witnessed it, did any other posters?

I'm a pretty big fan of another Gorgism. The one where if you have AP you really don't want a better QB than Ponder.

is totally the opposite of preposterus. The Twins are a fun team to watch each and every Spring. Especially in person at Fort Myers. This is a fact.

 

The last 3 seasons might have not been fun to watch them in June/July/August/September (for some people), but John's statement is a fact in my book...

Common would find any positive statement preposterous. He is nothing if not predictable. I think he can be funny, but he is pretty lazy in that he has been doing the same shtick for years and after awhile you can predict what most of his reactions will be. He would do better if he did not have to fill three hours.

 

However, I still have faith in John's ability to be preposterous.

I like Common but wish he would retire this bit. It comes across as forced and reaching . It can be just as presposterous to be overly negative as it is to be overly positive.

 

I love the PST. There's always a few that aren't as preposterous as Common suggests, mostly due to his unfamiliarity with some aspects of various sports. Still, most are quite rediculous, and sorry to say, but John's "top heavy" rotation statment is pretty funny.
