Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted June 10 Posted June 10 Total momentum shift. Expect a big inning by Detroit. IndyTwinsFan 1
Twindy Verified Member Posted June 10 Posted June 10 Six pitches and the sides retired. Don’t know if either one of them swung at a strike.
Chris Hove Twins Daily Contributor Posted June 10 Posted June 10 (edited) Wow we load the bases and then strikeout twice on 6 pitches. Seems about right. Edited June 10 by Chris Hove IndyTwinsFan, Parfigliano and Patzky 2 1

Chris Hove Twins Daily Contributor Posted June 10 Posted June 10 Geez Riley Greene runs like Miguel Cabrera. Looks like he has weights on his back.

IndyTwinsFan Verified Member Posted June 10 Posted June 10 Taj has not impressed me thus far! This is already beginning to look like a loss, and we're only in the second inning. Sigh! Blyleven2011 1

He actually went with the pitch which he hasn't been doing. Looked more like desperation than going with the pitch , Luke went with his and got a clean hit, he needs to get that PULL everything out if his head
ashbury Verified Member Posted June 10 Posted June 10 If the Gameday feed is correct, one homer went out on a curveball, one was a four-seamer. I'm sure the coaching staff is on top of this, but might Taj be tipping his pitches? Patzky 1

Chris Hove Twins Daily Contributor Posted June 10 Posted June 10 I have looked at Taj Bradley's last few starts. It seems like his stuff is there he's just not locating, and executing his pitches early in the count. When he's behind in the count it seems like he gets predictable and hangs some cookies that the hitters don't miss. He has been better tonight, that hit by Greene was a good pitch, but I think hitters are catching on to him. IMO Church of Kreidler and ashbury 2
Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted June 10 Posted June 10 As a rule if you throw strikes you typically won't be pitching with a hitters count.

hitterscount Verified Member Posted June 10 Posted June 10 This is who Bradley is…. he should be better than he is, and occasionally will string a few nice starts together to give you hope but he has little command of the zone. He’s a chucker that throws balls at the plate and when not throwing strikes is not very good. Tampa gave him every opportunity to stay in the rotation, what we are seeing is why they gave up.
