Just not a fun team to watch Thumbs up! We all knew Tom P was speewing corporate ******** with the 'we expect to compete this year' line. Like Jamiedude said upthread, there is no improvement. jaimedude Verified Member Posted April 26 Posted April 26 How is Matt Wallner still on Twins MLB roster. He never improves as a hitter. That and he takes his bad defense with him to the plate.

jaimedude Verified Member Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Royce Lewis is getting very stale in the line-up. He is pretty lousy right now. How is Dereck Shelton improving the Twins, isn't he supposed to be a hitting guy.

jaimedude Verified Member Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Honestly, Outman and Clemmens could be cut tomorrow and neither guy would be missed. IndyTwinsFan 1

Blyleven2011 Verified Member Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Five runs in the 3 game series isn't going to win many games , but it will allow the opponent to sweep the series ... Hope Tampa can sweep the Cleveland team ...

He looks more and more like a total bust with each passing day. Mediocre as a fielder and can't hit worth crap. Sjoski, Patzky and T.O. 3

Not to mention we already have a 5 year sample size of Shelton not changing how the poor Pirates hitters hit. A manager can only do so much with so little talent.
jaimedude Verified Member Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Twins have not made much effort to improve 2026 roster from 2025. Again why are you as an organization wasting at bats and playing time on old guys and journynen that will never get much better. This is worse roster than 2025 even. Very Slow, not athletic and not even slugging. Meet Tom Pohlad just like Joe Pohlad. Twins barely even changed the curtain in the room on this roster. This ownership should have sold.
