The real fact is that we don't have the personnel in St. Paul to replace them all. If you believe Culpepper is the future, you're not going to rush him up if you don't have to. I'm not opposed to seeing one of them being sent down, but you can't send them all. You likely need to find the one that needs the most help and send him and go from there. Maybe it ends up being a revolving door. When one comes back up, the next one gets sent down. Parfigliano 1
