Changed the channel just in time to see the Dodgers escaping a bases loaded jam. Now I'm locked in on our old Twins friends for Philly

Justctuning into Phillies and Dodgers game  , Kepler batting , he sure looks different in that Phillies uniform  , helmet almost looks to big ...

I live for opening day , everything in between and for great baseball in the playoffs and world series  ...

Not disappointed so far this post season  , the games have been good , runs and defense and some very good pitching from some young inexperienced pitchers ....

Opening day is great... the real opening day with multiple games being played all day. Not the one game that's played 3-7 days ahead of time. 

October has MLB playoffs, NFL/college football settled into their schedules, NBA and NHL starting their seasons, and WNBA playoffs if you're into that.

I'm just into baseball and some hockey  ...

I gave up on football when they gave Peterson a year suspension for disciplining his child , and Ray Lewis was in the wrong the wrong place atcthe wrong time to a murder  , so he was charged with accessory but was given immunity because he turned states evidence to convict the trigger man , NFL did not suspend him for any games for being in a situation such as that , so by suspending Peterson for a year , the NFL told me that child abuse was worse than murder  ...

Okay, I'm missing context of something he's said or done off the field? All I know is on the baseball field he's a 1st ballot HOF pitcher. The old guard of him, Verlander, Scherzer, Grienke, are disappearing every year.

It's nearly impossible. Also, I get why we have to kind of ignore them on the field. If we knew everything, I'm not sure we could cheer for any team.

The Dodgers let Kershaw out to dry and now he is getting shelled. Feels like this will be the last appearance of his baseball career.

Well its looking like no one is getting eliminated today ....

I to am rooting for the Phillies but at the expense of Kershaw who's had a hall fame career  , kind of sad if this is his last game ....

Wonder if Robert's will send him out for another inning  ...

Heard on the radio that Boone might be (now past tense since the Yankees are out) Boone might have been the best manager remaining on the AL side.

Remember all the B.S. about Kepler  only being able to play R.F. -   he has played center alot for Philly and just made another real good catch in Left,   Hitting  ??/ still the same ole Max

As much as I dislike the Dodgers, they are a hard team to bet against in October. The bullpen isn't phenomenal, but if you spend $350 million dollars a year, you can build a great lineup, and a rotation of Ohtani, Yamamoto, Glasnow, and Snell is really hard to beat.
