mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 Jeffers, lets teach him to play 1b and be the Back-up Catcher , Justin Morneau did it fine because of Mauer , all we need then is a Good catcher , Ryan will never be a good catcher but he can hit , Peter and Patzky 2
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 robbed! Lee looking decent today. bunsen82, Patzky and Parfigliano 3

Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 Gavin Williams no hitting the Metropolitans through five. NYCTK 1
bunsen82 Verified Member Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 Jeffers, Larnach and Wallner finally started hitting the ball well after the deadline. Not sure what the change was, less stress, no Correa. Clemens has had a couple solid days. Keaschall comes up and in 2 days looks like a leader of the clubhouse. Today lee finally has a decent day. Wonder how close that last at bat was to another hit? Espn shows liner to the gap.

What to watch is if these young guys do it over and over , - either got baseball smarts or ya dont, guys like Lee and Luke seem a bit smarter than jeffers and Castro were on the bases , we will see ? mnfireman Verified Member Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 Nice DP turned by the kids right there!
The Great Hambino Verified Member Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 Not exactly the smoothest 6-4-3 you'll ever see, but got the job done
bunsen82 Verified Member Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 Austin Martin sighting for Julien. Guessing he is going out to left field, Clemens back to 1st.
AceWrigley Verified Member Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 We haven't had a second baseman that can turn a good DP in awhile. Patzky 1

SF Twins Fan Verified Member Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 You have to wonder if the season would be different if Keaschall hadn't broken his forearm. The kid just brings energy to the team that they've been lacking.

bunsen82 Verified Member Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 LOL, Martin such a frustrating player. Can flash like that, then have no clue what he is doing out in the field or running the bases. OvertheHill and NYCTK 2

USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 GTFO. If Lee hitting one 15 rows up in RC wasnt enough, does that convince you the ball is FLYIN? UpstateNewYorker 1

Vastly different if he doesn't break his arm. bunsen82 1
