bunsen82 Verified Member Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 These are the players I think most impact our future from the positional players that I am continue to watch. Lewis (yuck, I think his approach is getting worse) Lee (just needs to keep improving, today was a nice start, the defense looks solid at short), Keaschall (OMG) Clemens (will he lock down 1st base) Roden (has a pulse today, can he start getting comfortable at the MLB level). I think for relievers if we can find 1 usable reliever from the reliever scrap waiver wire and Topa and Sands start getting comfortable in their new higher leverage positions, I think that would be a pretty solid outcome. If Topa remains solid I think that $2 million club option looks like a guarantee. Rhyno006 and Aggies7 2

Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 Both team have had suspect defense this series. It's expected from us.

The Great Hambino Verified Member Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 I'm shocked that LaTroy is shocked that was an error. If that's not an error, then there really isn't any reason to make the distinction

Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 This team responds differently when they aren't waiting around for Buck or Correa to respond. Just saying.
