Cleveland better until proven otherwise. Focus on getting in an avoiding the Yankees.

Bases loaded, no outs.   The Twins did Twins things.  Major disappointment!

Better than a one run loss

Got the spilt nothing gained/nothing lost-still think twins win division-glad this series is over with-bring on Kansas City!

Too bad it isn’t the KC team from Kansas. Much smaller town

Minneapolis is the smallest city in all of mlb

The Twins aren't ready for prime time. That simple. And it starts with the guy in the dugout.

What did Rocco do wrong today? Or is this a scheduled daily post?

Now we know why Rocco pinch hits for Larnach all year long. Although maybe if Rocco didn't do that, the rookies actually learn to hit.  Twins bullpen has cracks that Cleveland doesn't. That is why trade deadline was such a let down.

I think it might be Milwaukee, but you're on a roll so keep going.

When they needed to play big yesterday and today, they played very small.  Same old garbage we've seen multiple times before.

So utterly disappointing!

We're going to continue to disagree on this. You think he's a good manager. I get it. I don't think he is. This team displays poor fundamentals on almost a daily basis. The situational hitting is completely non-existent. These are the reasons managers and coaches are fired. If the excuse for Rocco is, well he wasn't the one swinging the bat or he wasn't the one throwing the pitch, then there would be very little turnover in the managerial ranks.

Jeffers base running blunder.

Not sending the runner today. Bases loaded and no one out and zero runs, again.

Incompetence breeds incompetence.

They've shown time and time again that they're generally incapable of playing sound and strategic baseball, when it means something.

You can blame whomever you want, but I think there's plenty of blame to cast all across the team and its baseball operations.

Outside of the games against the worst team of all time the twins have scored 4 or less in 8 of their last 10

Why are the bats so streaky?

You know that answer to that.

Doesn't matter the sport. Managers and coaches are fired when players don't produce on the field. This team doesn't produce when it matters. If people think Rocco isn't a big reason as to why, so be it. I won't mention his name again if helps the apologists put down their pitch forks.

As far as just city populations, it's probably St.Louis.  However, metro population would be a much better comparision in my opinion.

I know it's not appropriate given the circumstances, but Mrs CRF is making her delicious Tuscan chicken for dinner. A man's gotta do, what a man's gotta do. Let's hope this team gives a better showing against KC for the next three games. Have a good evening folks.
