CRF Verified Member Posted July 24, 2024 Posted July 24, 2024 Really can't ask for more than SWR is giving us tonight. He's been very solid. It's going to the pen pretty soon, and hopefully we can somehow get a run or two across the plate. gregens and Jocko87 2

As a MN sports fan I know better Ever since I was very high and then disappointed in Kennys Vargas and Danny Santana when they were first called up, I try not to get my hopes up too high about rookie honeymoon periods. Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2024 Posted July 24, 2024 SWR missed a few spots that last inning. Wouldn’t be shocked to see him out

TwinsCD Verified Member Posted July 24, 2024 Posted July 24, 2024 Another Castro brain fart at short. But let's just keep the youngster at 3rd.

It's been long enough that I find the Danny Santana story more uplifting than frustrating. He was really fun that year.
Peter Verified Member Posted July 24, 2024 Posted July 24, 2024 Let’s get some runs and win this!!! Go twins!!!
mnfireman Verified Member Posted July 24, 2024 Posted July 24, 2024 Castro at 3B and Lee at SS is better defense, Lee is learning 3B at the MLB level and Castro is more suited for 3B, but it's Rocco's team...
TwinsCD Verified Member Posted July 24, 2024 Posted July 24, 2024 3 straight backwards K's for Julien. That would be an automatic return to the minors for me. He's not ready for this level this season. Patzky and Parfigliano 2

mnfireman Verified Member Posted July 24, 2024 Posted July 24, 2024 I was prepared for Lee to be sent back to AAA with Miranda and Lewis starting rehab assignments given his recent struggles, but Julien continuing to not swing and get called out on strike 3 is my bet to go back to AAA. What a waste of talent.

mnfireman Verified Member Posted July 24, 2024 Posted July 24, 2024 So much for Wheeler going 80 - 85 pitches tonight... 107 and 7 shut out innings.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2024 Posted July 24, 2024 A home run is going to win this game. Let’s hope it’s us
