White Sox line-up on paper isn't that bad - they have a few bats that can do damage. Hopefully Ober's locked in today. When he is, he's usually really good.

Should be OK. When pitching against teams that aren't KC, Ober has a 2.97 ERA.

It's not new.  He was a good outfielder for years but the drop off showed up in the stats already least year.

I didn't paste all of his early years when he was very good.  Look at the very bad rtot and rdrs numbers the last two years, yet he still has positive #s for his career totals.  The FO must have thought 2023 was an aberration... but it wasn't.  He appears to be in steep decline mode, at least on defense.

At least Margot isn't leading off.

Only consolation is you made this guy throw 36 pitches in the first inning so hopefully that pattern continues and if they can get into that bullpen, missing out on this opportunity won't be that big a deal.  Crap happens but that Santana at-bat was pathetically bad.

I can't watch the game, why didn't Castro score on a flyout to the center fielder?

Yeah it only we knew they might have sent him. Disappointing.

was not deep enough and Roberts has a very good arm.
