It looks like, once again walks have sent the Twins to defeat.

I can’t believe we didn’t win even one game out of 7 after supposedly breaking the curse last year. Not a one.

He shouldn't even be the regular 2nd baseman on the Eden Valley-Watkins town ball team.

Isn't that where Julien is now.

Are they still playing?

My sincere apologies, I wasn't aware anyone had told you that before. I hate joke thieves.

On the other hand, if you've heard it several times before, you might want to reflect on that fact.

Just you. Must be a fave. I'll be sure to take it to heart.

I'm all for team celebration. The kingly robe that Cruz initiated coupled with a team that was setting the MLB record for HRs in a season was classy. It was fun. But the stuff now, embarrassingly lame. So was the fishing vest and toy fishing rod. (First a rod, and then a sausage. Kind of a theme, eh?) And topping it off with selfies is just...... well, to each their own. I would think that when the 12 game  streak is over, the gig is up. But nooooooo. After the embarrassing 6 games against Cleveland and NY, followed by a 12-3 beatdown by the Nats, one would have thought that it had run it's course. And now another sweep from the Yankees with Ober and Paddack and Lopex looking like AAAA players. I'm not close to wanting to kill anyone for it. Just please stop already. Or win 12 more and replace it with a more classy option.

From a Gleeman tweet. Unbelievable

#MNTwins are now 44-123 (.263) vs. the Yankees since 2002. Twins' winning percentage is .514 vs. all other teams since 2002. All three Twins managers in that time have sub-.270 winning percentages vs. the Yankees.

.269 — Ron Gardenhire

.259 — Paul Molitor

.250 — Rocco Baldelli

Yankees broadcast is poking fun at Rocco’s use of the early PHers

Rocco gets played like a fiddle just about every single game.

Everything about this series was bad, starting with the starting pitching that put Twins behind by a ton early. Hitters were flailing away or watching strike 3 with men on. The usual curious moves by Rocco. But a complete systems failure this year against the hated yankees should put all Twins fans in a foul mood. How one team can so dominate another for 22 years is mind boggling. Reminds me of the old days when Yankees treated the KC Athletics like their personal farm team. Anyone here old enough to remember those days?

Twins can probably eke out a 3rd WC, but their inability to compete even a little against the teams they will have to face if they make it is troublesome.

Maybe one consolation is that Yankees are beating up on everybody this season. They are now pulling away from a decent Orioles team. By 4th of July the AL East race may well be over.

Since Twins also seem to be impotent against the Guardians, I don't see much chance of catching them. Possibly a run at KC but not much after that.

Fu-k Yankees!  Hope they will not win WS this fall.

BTW, Twins pitching are horrible.   FO and scouting department needs to overhauled soon.
