No idea why sands is on this roster over Varland at this point. Seriously.

Depends on usage. As infrequently as Sands has been used and in what spots he has pitched, it wouldn’t make any sense to waste Varland. Right here, right now, I’d rather see the kid from St. Paul.

Won’t be shocked to hear Varland is on a flight to Cleveland.

Actually its subjective and unable to be proven

So then, similar to "most baffling decision in the history of Minnesota spirts."

Gonna take a wild stab and posit you've never heard of Rogers Hornsby.

Except I'd guess Varland moves to about third best RP ...

No because what I said has actual data behind it

There is zero data behind vazquez in 1930. Gonna take a wild stab you never took an english and/or grammar course?

Because there's no evidence Varland is any better?

I mean, yeah, give Varland a shot. But I doubt he's significantly different, and he has no relief experience, to boot. He's not going to be a short reliever.

Wow! Correa hits a DP grounder that turns into an RBI single. Things might actually even out.

He actually topped it so bad, it turned out good!

Molitor on radio, in an implicit comment re: Baldelli:

"When I had him (Kepler) as a young player, batted him against left-handers to learn -- as we knew he was going to be an everyday player for us."

Does Rocco realize we are still in a division race??

Pitching Sands and letting Vazquez hit in games we need to win defies any sort of baseball logic

Blowing your wad before the most important series of the year would also defy all the baseball logics.

Moliter was a hands on Coach,  total opposite of Rocco,
