Niagara Falls area. All Sicilian pizzas. Uncle used to bring back Bocci's from Buffalo. Superb 1.25" crust, bread like, with a sauce to die for.

When we played ball, we used to go to Anastasi's on Sunday afternoon for spaghetti as a team. Mama Anastasi used to come out of the kitchen, noodles first, then scoops of sauce. "You boys needa more..."

Niagara Falls. That close to Buffalo... I gotta ask about the Wings. I understand that the Anchor Bar invented them and I went to the Anchor Bar and IMO they were not that great. 

Where are the best wings?

I hire a lot of people and I've decided that it's best for the safety of the operation to avoid hiring unlucky people. 

The system that I use is that I randomly throw 90% of all applications in the garbage without looking at them. 

If they were lucky... they would have survived the system.

That craze occurred after I got a letter from Lyndon Johnson in '68, inviting me to a party, where we got 3 squares and a cot. I never went back to the area so my historical framework ended precipitously with that segment of life.
