I've seen this movie before and I don't like the ending. Gray goes 6-7 innings, and gives up 1 run on couple hits or a solo shot. He gets pulled and the Jays get another run or two off our pen. Meanwhile, we scratch across a run on a ground out or WP, and we lose 3-1. Sound about right?

I count three guys I want playing in this lineup, maybe 4. That's it. Seriously awful lineup options.

A couple of "might someday bes," a couple of "has beens." and a bunch of "never were or will bes."

Respect for ALL needs to be adhered to. It’s not just about one another, it’s about everyone in and around the games, too. Frustrating times for sure, and we’ve given a lot of leeway on that. But commenting on players’ wives and suggesting players have no heart or desire … come on. Do better.

In a word, Yes.

How about "playing like they have no heart or desire"? Is that permitted here?

Tell ya what, I certainly did not see Michael Taylor hitting 9 HRs by this point... or by the end of the season!

You took the words right out of my brain!

He has had to adopt the "Twins' Way."

The randomness of baseball. On any given day or season, the best can be the worst or the worst can be the best. Guys have career years … maybe we’re seeing one out of MAT

Even with Molitor in the radio booth, we still have a Gladden sighting.

You two confuse me! I see one post and think it’s the other and see the other post and think it’s the one!

Larnach in PH for Garlick.   Why wasn't AK PHing instead?

Maybe saving him to pinch hit for someone else? Like … take your pick. Solano?

I'd guess because of the bases being empty. Save Kirilloff for the hope of having runners on when Solano or Castro are up.

EDIT: Like Squirrel said.

But neither of us are FROM here. Go Hawks (the Caitlin Clark variety).

Oh, I thought you were talking Chicago hockey
