I'm watching Red Sox broadcast of this game because I can't stand to listen to LaTroy Hawkins(I'm guessing he's on as he was in NY). He's AWFUL!

Wow, Twins are playing a good game, winning, and all you can think to say is how awful a broadcast is that you aren’t even listening to? Go away.

Roccos style of management has accentuated the 1 inning reliever.  The more relievers you bring in, the greater the probabilty of 1 or more not 'having it'.  Stretch these guys out.  And for heaven sake don't bring your closer until their is  a save opportunity. (Hopefully won't come into play, tonite)

Roccos style of   MIS-management has accentuated the 1 inning reliever.

Yeah, he’s really mismanaging the one-inning reliever tonight. It’s all about who does their jobs more than anything imo

He's doing a better job managing the bullpen than Molitor, and it's really not very close.

Most managers these days have relievers go one inning, so this sounds more like a "I don't like modern baseball complaint, and I'm choosing to blame Rocco for it" complaint than anything else.

Rocco has also has had relievers go multiple innings (including this young season), so I don't get the complaint here.

It’s a misperception. You also have to have relievers that do their jobs. While ours have been pretty good this year, they aren’t perfect nor will they be

Oh. Didn’t catch that. Sorry

Okay, now Rocco's parade of relievers, who will make things interesting, and  possibly let Boston make things tight.

As you were saying…

Very nice win by the Twins tonight. Wouldn't have minded a little cleaner performance from Ryan, but he chewed up the innings with a big lead just fine. Loved seeing the offense bust out.

Well, if Headrick can keep that up, we have a long reliever

Maybe, but I suspect he’s back to St. Paul in favor of Megill, since Sands hasn’t been down 10 days yet.
