If Hamilton successfully steals 3rd and Urshella walks, he scores on Cave's fly ball.

Just be you, buddy. Everyone else can be them. Control issues?

He has a point. Criticisms are across the board and make little sense. Don’t run, get blasted for not playing small ball. Run and get caught, shouldn’t have run.

So which is it? The literal reason teams don’t run as much is because the loss is so high. People yearn for old baseball but then criticize it when it happens.

That is me. I see complaints about not moving runners over, stealing bases ect. almost daily. So me, being myself, said what I wanted to say.

What is going on with Lopez and giving up all these hits as a Twin.....

Actually Twins blasted him twice b4 the deadline. Could be the fairy dust wore off b4 we made the trade. He is regressing, given where he was regression is expected. Obviously FO didnt figure it would be so soon. Therein lies the rub. Oops.

Terry with his great post season record.

It was better than the new guys post season record.

David Gates song, about missed love. Minor key. Perfect for tonight. Applies equally well to a kicked in the nuts lost ballgame.

Technically a couple of wins is better than zero but is this really true? Falvine has had a WC game, a traditional five game series, and a three game series.

Ryan had SO MANY five game series and won literally one of them. The losing streak started and continued for quite some time under his watch.

I’m not sure that’s better.

To put it in similar terms, Ryan ended his tenure with six postseason losses. Falvine has… six postseason losses.

So never steal third base?

I don’t know but maybe not when everyone in the park knew he was going?

If twins don’t win division season is wasted!!!! I’d rather see twins of old losing all the time. Instead of losing lead/giving away division. Just pissed off they’ve blown season-that needs to to stop!!! Need to win every game now!!!

Which part?

That we'd have likely lost in the tenth had we made it that far and Pagan came in to pitch the bottom of the inning.

To clarify, are you saying you enjoyed last August and September more than this?

Bread song isnt it.  Wasnt he with them when written

Yes, I hate when they lose games like this. Blowing leads is unacceptable!!!! Especially late in game with division title on line. I’d rather see them losing like the old teams did on regular basis instead of this shitZ

Isn’t that the fault of the actual base runner, though?

If Rocco didn’t say stay put, then it’s on Rocco

Whatever. I like the running, personally. But make no mistake, whining about whining..... is whining. You expressed yourself already before attempting to control their whining, but then joined the whining club. I agree, that was yourself.

I mean we are still in first place, right?

Oh. Forget that.

We are still only one game back. It's right in front of us..............

My original point was....  "Hey Pot, I hear the Kettle calling." During this current administration, to run down the last one, is kind of difficult.  Once this administration actually does something then they can run Terry Ryan down all they want.  But technically under his guidance they actually won a series and some games. So to make fun of him when these guys have won none is a little hypocritical.

Hardly. I did not whine, I pointed out the hypocrisy of the complaint and classified it as a whine. That's how I see it. Anyone can continue to express themselves as they see fit and I'll continue to offer my opinion. You must be able to understand that as someone who clearly enjoys expressing their opinion.

Well, it was better than losing on a hit batsman. You can at least blame the deflection of the ball.

I loved the fact that Hamilton wanted to get to third base. Always tough to know when the best time to run. You gotta have some coordination between batter and runner.

At least Cleveland lost.

So Gray is only gonna pitch to 18 batters. Okay. Maybe the Twins, now with that extra arm, should have an opener for a couple of the guys.
