I like Smalley quite a bit, but Coom's ok.

 

Tigers get 2 hits, including a triple, but no runs thanks to double play. Pelf is doing well. Think he comes out for the 6th, or does Gardy turn it over to the pen?

Pelf seems to have gotten a little better at wriggling out of trouble.

 

The double play turned out to be timely, considering the triple that followed.

Goddamn it. I was actually saying out loud as I drunkenly watch this game: DUENSING'S gotta be ready for this. And then I see Anderson trot out instead . . . unbelievably terrible.
