Weaver might have been able to catch or knock down that ball, but he let it go.

Yeah, i saw that too. He thought 2nd baseman could get it for the DP, and regretted it.

I'm at work ... Brahms 1 ... so awesome, by the best orchestra in the U.S. and one of the best in the world. (I still give that nod to Berlin) :)

Cool!

I think radio had a recording of that earlier today, and i stopped to listen.

Don't know much Brahms (or Mahler, so i could be conflating the two)

One of my all-time favorite works is Brahms Trio in B Major. So beautiful.

It sounds like we have quite the home field advantage on the road in Arizona.

Snowbirds can make quite the racket

AZ announcers just compared Bundy to Rick Sutcliffe

And just yesterday I was comparing him to Bud Bundy

I'm not complaining, but why the hell is Luke Weaver still in this game?

Trying to get him stretched out so he can throw the full batting practice session, I think.

Gio really likes that first pitch, especially with runners on.

He has swung at all 5 pitches thrown to him,  pitcher finally threw one near the zone,

9-0.... That's pretty good for my blood pressure, I bet.

Not Kirilloff specifically, but adding his bat may have increased the pressure on the opposing pitcher enough to cause disruptions in his plan. I'd like to see this exact lineup for a couple games, see if they score more runs in bunches.
