wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted June 2, 2022 Posted June 2, 2022 Pitchers really are the most athletic guy on the field.
MMMordabito Verified Member Posted June 2, 2022 Posted June 2, 2022 About time for a walk! Faedo has been all over the place.
wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted June 2, 2022 Posted June 2, 2022 Well, they've matched their hit total from yesterday already. Coulda used one more there though.
chaderic20 Verified Member Posted June 2, 2022 Posted June 2, 2022 For the intro topic: I played little league baseball, and then played 3B and pitched in HS, though by the time I was on varsity I was pretty much relegated to pinch-running and pitching against non-conference opponents (I could throw hard and just accurately enough to be effective, but had no controllable change up or breaking pitch). I also kept book and basically became a de facto assistance coach. I also played football and basketball up through JV, and tried golfing for a year, but my golf game was once described by a friend as playing "whack-f***" cuz those were the two sounds you heard when I golfed. I played Ultimate Frisbee, disc golf, and church-league slow pitch softball during and post-college, but married/dad life has taken up any time I had for that. Any spare time I have now is spent on board gaming and the Twins.

Parfigliano Verified Member Posted June 2, 2022 Posted June 2, 2022 Gordon hits, fields and throws to own the inning
wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted June 2, 2022 Posted June 2, 2022 Now let's keep that scoring streak going!
bunsen82 Verified Member Posted June 2, 2022 Posted June 2, 2022 4 innings 47 pitches, getting to that 5th inning lol. 6th inning isn't out of reach with 75-80 pitch limit.
MMMordabito Verified Member Posted June 2, 2022 Posted June 2, 2022 Archer having an efficient start when it's needed the most.

Cap'n Piranha Verified Member Posted June 2, 2022 Posted June 2, 2022 Does anyone know what the patches on the Twins uniform say?

chaderic20 Verified Member Posted June 2, 2022 Posted June 2, 2022 Buxton just looks off-balance when he swings, similar to Polanco a couple years ago when his ankle was so bad. Hard to put a good swing on the ball when have no base to swing from.
