I'm really surprised that Means is so effective with his fastball. It is like watching Jesse Crain's no movement fastball, only about 3 mph slower.

He's letting the team get used to an extra inning inning. Especially with putting a runner on second with no outs to start the inning. We need the practice it seems....

When i was a kid, my mom loved it when Bob Gibson, Sandy Koufax, Tom Seaver, etc pitched.  Cause even though it was a school night, I wouldn't miss by bedtime.  These guys are brutal.
