I’ll say it again; Gibson is a realistic bounce-back case. He had things figured out for 18 months and then you can honestly believe that his sickness is the cause for his troubles (though I can see the FO giving up on his as well), but Perez was God awful for years, had 3 months of success, and now he’s God awful again. LaTroy Hawkins said it himself; the league has adjusted, now Perez needs to adjust again....but can he? He’s given very little glimpses the last few months that he has it in him.

BTW, Philadelphia at Cleveland is on ESPN at 5:30 CDT today. I'm suggesting this game thread could extend to that game for anyone who is interested.
