SwainZag Community Moderator Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 That's who Odorizzi is. Can't we just get used to the fact that he will rarely if ever make it into the 7th inning? We have a rested bullpen with Monday and Tuesday off.Yep. He avoids hard contact for the most part, but throws a lot of balls. In today's game he is a 5-6 inning pitcher almost everytime out.
ashbury Verified Member Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Which team has made more outs on the bases so far this series? Both teams seem to just run into outs constantly. Richard says that it appears Arraez missed the hit and run sign there.Maybe they need to call more of them, so the players won't be caught by surprise.
Don Walcott Verified Member Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Apparently a hit-and-run was on, Arraez missed the sign. At least that's what it looked like in the Twins dugout.Yeah, but still . . . .
John Kelsey Verified Member Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Cleveland sending up Santana, Puig, and Ramirez in the ninth....
tvagle Verified Member Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Twins on TVWahoo's Kirilloff batting on MiLB.tv (he's not real fast after that DP)andChapman warmed and ready for the YankMee's
Don Walcott Verified Member Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Wow, maybe Odo gets through 6!
John Kelsey Verified Member Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Six pitch inning from the modern day Maddux.
Don Walcott Verified Member Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Maybe they need to call more of them, so the players won't be caught by surprise.Or just, don’t?
VATwinsFan Verified Member Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 And Chapman walks the first batter with Puig, Ramirez and KIpnis coming up.
SwainZag Community Moderator Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Indians down to their final out
Danchat Verified Member Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 I don't think many people here would believe if you told them Adrianza would be hitting .290 in August - a lot of us didn't think he'd still be on the roster. On another note, I still stand my what I said about Minor - I would have liked to acquire this guy, I think he's a good starter. I'd trust him a lot more than Gibson and Perez.
ashbury Verified Member Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Schoop is capable of making major-league plays at 2B.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Schoop, I promise not to hate you for the next ten minutes after that play.
Don Walcott Verified Member Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Schoop’s arm has saved Odo in this game.
Don Walcott Verified Member Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 I’m fine with that walk. Get Mazara!
stringer bell Verified Member Posted August 17, 2019 Author Posted August 17, 2019 Last hitter for Odo?
MVP Nick Punto Verified Member Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Cle gives us time one tonight. Let's take the other half and go up 1.5
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Damn it all, Odo. One pitch.
Don Walcott Verified Member Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Let’s go, Tyler! Poach this win!
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Now it’s up to Tyler Duffey’s ears to get out of the inning. Seriously, though. Those ears. They’re basically a potato famine play in and of themselves.
jz7233 Provisional Member Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Twins need lefty pitchers to get lefty out.
FlauerPauer Verified Member Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Gotta find a way to score another run here. This seems like a must win.
