I need to apologize to the Twins Daily game thread crew and most of the members in general.  I missed the game thread for the first game in order to attend the fishing opener this morning. Again, my apologies....I'll take the blame for the loss.

Great job by Stewart tonight. Didn't look very good early, but settled down and was much better the last few innings. Certainly hope to see him go back to Rochester and improve his command and eventually work his way back to be a solid piece of this rotation (unless he's traded, of course)

Why can't we all just get along?  We have the best record in baseball, a win percentage above .600, Buxton is hitting, Polanco is batting above .330, our catchers hit like monsters, our starting pitching actually kicks ass, Rosario leads the league in homers, Justin Morneau is in the booth instead of Blyleven, it's not snowing anymore, Sano is on his way.  

 

I think the glass is more than half full.
