Blake Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Signing off for the night. Hope there's one more comeback left in this team.Later.
AlwaysinModeration Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Let me get this straight. The Yankees pull their starter after 1 out, use nothing but dominant bullpen arms, are set up for their usual 8-9 elite arms...and still have a reliever that is better than any of the Twins' relievers...that they aren't even going to use?
Smarterthanyou Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Here he us again... all rise!
AlwaysinModeration Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Twins need a miracle.Or a rally. snepp and glunn 2

That about sums it up, yup.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 It was a great turnaround season. Molitor will be gone which is a good thing. Most of us knew we didn't have a chance against the Yankees but who cares. We have a good core team and just need to add some pitching to compete for the division.Thanks--this is a much brighter statement I can come up with right now Blake 1
yarnivek1972 Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Hildenberger’s last guy most likely.
Whammy Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Would Hildenburger be on the Yankees Wild Card roster
AlwaysinModeration Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Paging Miracle Max!I almost forgot, this thread would not be complete without a Princess Bride reference! Blake and jimmer 2
yarnivek1972 Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 And there we see the Dumb side of Rosario.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 God, I HATE losing to these guys.If only there were more of us.
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Great, another complete garbage throw from Rosario. Can't finish the season without one.
jimmer Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Oh Eddie. He wasn't even far away
LaBombo Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Unfortunately, he's just a spectator - not on the roster for this game. A spectator, but a lurking spectator. There's a difference. gil4 1
wavedog Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Judge was out with a good throw. glunn 1
Darius Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Should've had an out at third there. Danchat 1
Smarterthanyou Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Looks like men playing boys
snepp Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Judge was out with a good throw. Or even a moderately acceptable throw. LaBombo 1
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 I wonder how the game would have been different had erv had a scoreless first? Not trying to pile on him, just an honest question Hosken Bombo Disco 1
jimmer Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Should've had an out at third there. That's the difference between the announcers (not ESPN announcers though) saying that was a dumb rookie decision by Judge to try and get to 3B to the announcers praising Judge's decision.
jimmer Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Or even a moderately acceptable throw.basically in the correct zip code. LaBombo 1
ashbury Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Looks like men playing boysIf so, they've looked like pretty resilient boys all game. Jerr and glunn 2
Whammy Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 I completely disagree that a good throw would've got Judge. He was running on the pitch. It would've had to be a perfect throw
TWINSFANINATL Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Under no circumstances can you bring back any of this coaching staff. No difference between tonight and any of our previous playoff series against the Yankees. Molitor was scared to death being in Yankee Stadium. Hopefully the stat-heads running the org. see this and move on.
Whammy Verified Member Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 (edited) And which was it.... a bonehead decision to throw or a good decision with a bad result Edited October 4, 2017 by amjgt
