During the rust-belt crash of the 1980s I lived in Houston. It was said during that period that the largest selling Sunday newspaper in Detroit was the Houston Chronicle (for the want-ads).

Central Florida is the last place I'd go.

I think Escobar might get Sunday off. I don't think he's had a day since Sano went on the DL. With Monday an off day, it's two days in a row to recharge for that final push.

 

Be interesting to see who else might get off either tomorrow or Sunday. Mauer, Dozier and Polanco are pretty likely candidates as well.

Going from first to third on an infield grounder. One of the Twins did that in the first game I ever attended in 1963. I don't remember who, but probably Zoilo.
