Winner winner, chicken dinner left over from 4 days ago.

As a foodservice professional, I advise caution. Provided your chicken was properly cooled and properly reheated, you should be fine. But 4 days with cooked poultry is approaching the limit.

I always wondered how long certain refrigerated foods would be good for. Pizza and chicken come to mind

I hope Perkins and Pressly get sent down and Slegers stays. It's an impressive outing. He would have got the win if Hildenberger did not blow it by allowing the triple. He only allowed 2 hits and 2 walks playing against a very tough lineup.

General rule of thumb is 5-6 days under proper refrigeration (32-39 degrees). The important aspects in safe food handling are cooling the food quickly (It should be below 40 in less than 6 hours) and heating it up thoroughly (to a minimum of 165 degrees). That's pretty much all food types.

Ha! I once ate a barbecued chicken from Costco, two weeks after I tossed it into the fridge, yet here I am, alive!!

On the other hand, I did spend four hours between 11pm and 3am barfing out my guts until there was nothing left to barf. Between sessions I would drink a little water so I didn't have dry heaves. In the morning, both my eyeballs were blood red from capillaries popping. My face was speckled with popped blood vessels, and my eyes looked like I'd been punched out by a bouncer. It was several years before I tasted another chicken from Costco, but in truth, I can't really blame them.

Good times!
