Assuming an L tonight, the Twins will be 0-4 against Houston, with a run differential of negative 25-35 runs. Oh, and 3 of those 4 games were started by Santana and Berrios. This just in: we're not a #3 starter and a couple of bullpen arms away.

Rosario's overthrowing might allow a guy to take an extra base. With Granite's underthrowing, the guy will already have taken that extra base.

Berrios may have had a bad outing but at least he only gave up one extra base hit. Hughes has already given up 3 XBHs to the first 4 batters he's faced.

 

And unlike the rest of you guys, I'll won't be checking out. I'll be here until the end - not because I think the Twins can still win, just for curiousity. I want to see if Houston can score 20+ runs and break some records.

Yes, error was costly, but Berrios was terrible tonight. You go 2-0, 3-0 on almost every batter you are going to get results like this. He was lucky in the 1st inning,he wasn't throwing strikes then either.
