I like the move to bench Buxton after that last AB... he's lost out there

I would like him to stay in for his defense. I suspect that he may be injured.

Santana will start the 7th. He may not finish it... Pressly and Breslow are the only guys that I'd consider using besides the new duo.  

I respectfully disagree with Erv coming back out. He looked tired last inning.

Mollie has had some head scratchers for sure, but I can't see him being so dense as to take out arguably his most valuable defensive asset without a good reason, up by 5 runs.

The Twins needed Santana to give them at least 7, Santana delivers. Players are stepping up when needed. Very cool.

Under normal circumstances... he wouldn't have pitched it. The Bullpen is really taxed. One more inning may not seem like much but it really helps when everybody in the pen has thrown a lot of pitches in the last 3 days. 

 

Personally... I would have told him good job and brought in one of the new guys.

A great outing from Santana even if it seems routine at this point and a little offense make the sting and fear of what yesterday might turn into go away pretty easily.  Just finish this out without any damage.

I hate to say it but I just did it. 

 

I hung on to him all year but I just dropped Byron Buxton from my fantasy team. Logan Morrison was available... I have Belt but he is OF Eligible so he can replace Buxton in the OF... So I did it. 

 

I kept waiting for Buxton to rise and Morrison to regress. Morrison looked locked in this weekend. 

 

 

I pushed the button... it's a done deal... no looking back now.
