Chicago Deep Dish is more like cake with pepperoni frosting. I mean, seriously, what's the point? If I want cake, I'll buy a cake. Pizza crust is merely a way to convey meat, cheese and tomato sauce to the mouth. Anything more than that is detracting from what truly matters when it comes to pizza.

When I think of deep dish I think of Green Mill, where the crust isn't much thicker than normal but the toppings are much thicker than normal.

I get Target Field is named after a sponsor too, but at least it sounds kinda cool.

I love it that we are talking baseball in game threads, actually. For one, I like to talk baseball. Two, and most importantly, it means the Twins are giving us some good baseball to talk about for a change!

 

As Mike mentioned last night, it's kind of the trade off ... but I'll take that trade off if it means winning baseball! The minute we start losing, IF we start losing, I'll be happy to go back to as many off-topic topics people can manage to throw out there.
