big dog Verified Member Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 Is that an electronic chicago-style pizza? It's about the right size and shape...Nah, it's the pizza oven/mold Domino's uses to turn out a "deep dish" pizza in 8 minutes. Otherwise known as French Bread with Ketchup. diehardtwinsfan, GP830, Blake and 3 others 6

Don't Feed the Greed Guy Verified Member Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 There is a mention of the act of sweeping in the bible so I assume it has been around awhile. Yep, Luke 15:8. the original happy-happy sweep dance. Riverbrian 1
GP830 Verified Member Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 (edited) irobot pep.jpgI would buy that as I love the elegant design. I wish they made smaller, portable, dust-buster models, cut into squares. Edited April 7, 2017 by GP830 Bark's Lounge, Oldgoat_MN and big dog 3

Doomtints Verified Member Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 (edited) Though very sunny it is indeed chilly today in Chicago. Both baseball stadiums in town tend to get miserably cold when this time of year when it is windy and there is enough wind for that to be the case today. The games over the weekend however should be perfect, 60s and 70s. Edited April 7, 2017 by Doomtints

Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 Nice when the wife and husband are on the same page. How does your wife feel about Art? We have similar tastes, though I like modern a bit more usually. I'd probably spend more on it, which is true of most things, actually. We both really like live music, if you include that in the definition.... GP830 and Blake 2

Blake Verified Member Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 To me, deep dish is NOT a pizza!!!"cake with pepperoni frosting" that's really good!!!!! I'm gonna use that, the next time someone wants a deep dish I have to admit, that was a fun riff to write. Jerr and Riverbrian 2
Darius Verified Member Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 Great write up on Chicago. Never thought of it that way (maybe because I love a good Chicago dog). But, hot dog snobbery is absurd and hilarious. Riverbrian 1

Darius Verified Member Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 (edited) It'll be good to play someone else to get an idea of where this team actually is. Not that the Sox are any good. But, I'm still skeptical that the last series wasn't more of a result of the Royals being terrible. I haven't seen a lineup yet, but I'm hoping I see: Dozier, 2BPolanco, SSSano, 3BMauer, 1BKepler, RFCastro, CRosario, LFBuxton, CFGrossman, DH Last 3 are interchangeable. But, I'd like some some speed (Rosario/Buxton) and/or a guy who can get on base (Grossman) when the lineup turns over to the team's best hitters. Not a huge fan of Buxton being a blackhole in the top third of the lineup until he figures some things out. Edited April 7, 2017 by Darius
