Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 16, 2016 Author Posted May 16, 2016 I'm guessing as soon as Gibson is ready Berrios goes down In all seriousness... I wouldn't do that. I was all for Buxton going down when he was striking out 50% of the time. With Berrios he has had a few bad innings and a lot of good innings. Granted... this last inning was real bad but I'd like to see him try and work through this at the MLB level. I'd keep Duffey and Berrios in the rotation come hell or high water for the rest of the year and pick one of the vets for the bullpen. I don't care who. Todd_L, Platoon, Bark's Lounge and 1 other 4

Old Twins Cap Verified Member Posted May 16, 2016 Posted May 16, 2016 I was hoping we could hold them to seven. It's like the 12 days of Christmas. 9 game losing streak, 8 games blown, 7 first inning runs, 6 lousy starts, 5 dumb base running mistakes, 4 stupid manager decisions, three rookies fail, two catchers wasting, and a lost season in 2016. Riverbrian, Twinsbar107 and Platoon 3
TwinsBaseball Provisional Member Posted May 16, 2016 Posted May 16, 2016 Our first batter strikes out. Take that Detroit.

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted May 16, 2016 Posted May 16, 2016 If the majority of the twins' highly touted prospects end up working and leading the team to a title, it will be one of those things every future rebuilding team will point to. Cuz man, this has been a pretty terrible start for all of them. Riverbrian 1
