Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2016 Author Posted May 13, 2016 For more than 30 years I have aspired to stand in front of Agnetha's house in rain, sleet and snow until she marries me. And the odd thing is that your wonderful wife has offered to drive you to the house and is less concerned about the weather. glunn 1
Mr. Brooks Verified Member Posted May 13, 2016 Posted May 13, 2016 If Danny Santana is 0-10 batting right-handed, why would we let him bat against lefties? He probably "battles his tail off", and "gets after it".
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2016 Author Posted May 13, 2016 Coke Zero is unique amongst pops in that it has both the brand name, and the amount of flavor in that name. And we have a post of the night leader before the quarter pole. glunn 1

Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2016 Author Posted May 13, 2016 Arcia should be able to kill this guy Yeah... But if Chapman got a 30 game suspension. I fear the Arcia suspension could be longer. HitInAPinch, ScrapTheNickname, Cap'n Piranha and 1 other 4

notoriousgod71 Verified Member Posted May 13, 2016 Posted May 13, 2016 I'm actually rooting for the Twins to lose this game tonight because if they lose and Sale wins he will have as many wins as our Minnesota Twins, who Dick refuses to accept will not be winning the World Series this year.

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2016 Posted May 13, 2016 The twins, among their many faults this year, have been terrible at getting a knockout blow and the opponent has seemed to almost immediately take advantage. I had a bad feeling when we left them loaded. Although I always have a bad feeling watching this team.

Platoon Verified Member Posted May 13, 2016 Posted May 13, 2016 For some reason (probably because it's funny? not sure) this reminded me of the scene in Naked Gun when Leslie Nielsen slides across the table with Queen Elizabeth, so I was going to post a jpeg of that photo....... but then I made the naive mistake of googling: "Naked gun queen elizabeth" uh oh http://basementrejects.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/naked-gun-from-the-files-of-police-squad-frank-drebin-tackles-queen-elizabeth-leslie-nielsen-jeannette-charles-review.jpgmAirplane, Naked Gun, Slapshot.
