I think the Twins are being nice, and don't want the Vikes to feel bad about being the only pack of losers in the Twin Cities.

I'm not a moderator, but I want to jump in here - in the spirit of River Brian - and suggest that we all get in touch with our inner sense of humor.

I do enjoy every opposing base runner seeing this sign against our pitcher/catcher this year:

The irritating this about how this season is playing out is this should be a learning experience for our younger players. Unfortunately the only young guys that we play regularly are Sano, Rosario, and Buxton.

I'm trying to get in touch with my inner guy-who-would-have-been-ecstatic-with-a-.500-season dude from back in April.  

 

Sheesh, that took a load of hyphens.

 

Trying to keep the perspective that we're contending a year or two early, and enjoying this surprise WC chase-  but that doesn't mean I ain't living and dying at a playoff run, and cursing Molitor's bones with gusto anyway.

True, but lofty expectations are a mother. Gotta be more productive than sub .200 even at this early point with all the talk surrounding him.

I think the state of the final wild card race is even more criminal. What will this be, 12 straight combined losses between the twins and Astros?
