Circus Boy Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 How much is Mule Rent these days? For Farmer, he's pullin' the plow for a measly $263,456 this year.
JB_Iowa Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 OK... Time to make the Shrimp... I don't know how... but I assume it involves water. Shell & Devein. Brush with Olive Oil. Season. Grill.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Brush with Olive Oil. Grill. LOL... What are the odds that I picked up Olive Oil today? Popeye on the other hand and Brutus... They'd pick her up all the time.

sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Author Posted July 11, 2015 Top of sixth has slipped by, still 7-4 Twins. CBU Santana on after bunting. Keep it comin'...
Cap'n Piranha Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Isn't a barbie involved? If Lloyd Christmas is to be believed, only in Austria.
Circus Boy Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 The Tigers remind me of Michael Myers. I keep thinking they're finished for good, but they come back again and again with dead-eyed intent.
Jham Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 OK... Time to make the Shrimp... I don't know how... but I assume it involves water.1)call long John silvers. 2)drive there and pick up shrimp during challenge. 3)drive home, Crack open beer and watch the rest of the game
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Author Posted July 11, 2015 Santana on after bunting. Er, maybe not. Out after review...
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Still looks safe to me... Not sure how that was conclusive to overturn
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Lol … said in slight awe … 'The old man still has some power!'
Cap'n Piranha Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Hunter took exception to Dozier's HBP. About 450 feet of exception.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 That one had Sano distance!
DaveW Old-Timey Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Big time home run, good to get a little breathing room. Was feeling a bit nervous with just a 3 run lead, Detroit has some guys who can make a 3 run lead dissaper with one swing.

DaveW Old-Timey Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Sano does not take bad at bats. Reminds me of Miggy Cabrera.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Unbelievable what a batting eye Sano has.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 I may change my mind later... Who knows how much later... But I'm going to say this: As of this moment... Sano looks MLB ready at the plate. Showing some discipline up there.
DaveW Old-Timey Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 If Arcia could take a few notes from Sano...
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 If Arcia could take a few notes from Sano... That applies to most rookies... All the talent in the world... Just don't know how to use that talent yet.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Author Posted July 11, 2015 Unbelievable what a batting eye Sano has.He has not forgotten the face of his father... (and kudos to whoever picks up the reference)
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 That applies to most rookies... All the talent in the world... Just don't know how to use that talent yet. Let me amend that... Most rookies feel the immediate need to prove themselves and therefore try to do stuff with every thing thrown in their direction. The light switch is found... when they realize that they are hurting themselves trying to do that. Managers don't help the situation... The need to win doesn't lend itself to patience... Therefore... the rookies need to prove themselves immediately is warranted.
David HK Verified Member Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Ahhhh... 6 AM on a Sunday, after a beach day and massive Indian food last night- no wonder I woke up early enough to catch the Twinkies spanking the Tiggers again---even trying to have a little faith in Boyer right now. Am I dreaming?
