1)call long John silvers. 2)drive there and pick up shrimp during challenge. 3)drive home, Crack open beer and watch the rest of the game

Big time home run, good to get a little breathing room. Was feeling a bit nervous with just a 3 run lead, Detroit has some guys who can make a 3 run lead dissaper with one swing.

I may change my mind later... Who knows how much later... But I'm going to say this:

 

As of this moment... Sano looks MLB ready at the plate. 

 

Showing some discipline up there.

That applies to most rookies... All the talent in the world... Just don't know how to use that talent yet.

Let me amend that... Most rookies feel the immediate need to prove themselves and therefore try to do stuff with every thing thrown in their direction. 

 

The  light switch is found... when they realize that they are hurting themselves trying to do that. 

 

Managers don't help the situation... The need to win doesn't lend itself to patience... Therefore... the rookies need to prove themselves immediately is warranted.

Ahhhh... 6 AM on a Sunday, after a beach day and massive Indian food last night-  no wonder I woke up early enough to catch the Twinkies spanking the Tiggers again---

even trying to have a little faith in Boyer right now.  Am I dreaming?
