Bad, bad, bad baserunning.  Bad.  Really bad.

Can I claim any credit for some kind of accidental reverse jinx on the other team's pitcher?

[USAFChief]

Can I claim any credit for some kind of accidental reverse jinx on the other team's pitcher?

Yes.  You can certainly claim it.

Yes.

Can I claim any credit for some kind of accidental reverse jinx on the other team's pitcher?

That's the best kind.

Others wiser than i have spoken, so i guess so.  I prefer to offer you accidental reverse blame, which amounts to the same thing, last i checked.

"I" "see" "what" "you" "did" "there".

[ScrapTheNickname]

I have it.

Arcia's mission this year has been to make all the mistakes possible, so next year, or the year after, his pluses will outweigh his negatives.

[USAFChief]

"I" "see" "what" "you" "did" "there".

'bout time.

[Bark's Lounge]

Nice play Doz. Good thing Mauer is 6'5".

[USAFChief]

Dozier-zee!

[ashbury]

Nolasco has 91 pitches, 6 IP, 2 ER.  Do we thank him for his work, congratulate the QS against a playoff team, and let the bullpen mop up?

I expect he'll get sent out for one more inning, but I'd be fine with ending his season on a good note.

[USAFChief]

If I'm managing, Mr Nolasco calls it a season.

[Richie the Rally Goat]

agreed, he got out of last inning by guts and luck, nothing else. He's gassed on 80 some pitches

[Richie the Rally Goat]

Your 2015 opening day starting left fielder, Hermann?

[LaBombo]

This is the kind of intensity you want to see from a team trying to avoid 90 losses, even though it's two games late...

[LaBombo]

When's that new Grrrrr button coming online?

[LaBombo]

Vargas with 4 walks spread over three straight games, ending a walkless streak dating back to August 23, and equaling his August total as well.

[Richie the Rally Goat]

When's that new Grrrrr button coming online?

i keep asking for an "agreed :(" button, but alas

Did you know the new Apple emoticons don't work?

Get in line behind Chief's "concur" button.

[Platoon]

I have it.

If oswaldo had only backed up to home plate it would have been a Disco Dan Ford moment!

[Craig Arko]

Twins are doing their job; Royals not so much.

[USAFChief]

Your 2015 opening day starting left fielder, Hermann?

Who's Hermann, and why do we care who he wants in left field?

[USAFChief]

Get in line behind Chief's "concur" button.

uh...concur?

[Richie the Rally Goat]

Uh oh, Dan San looking hurt

[LaBombo]

Are we going to end up adding Santana to the list of injured prospects too?  Not sure I can handle another one.

Nope.  Bremer:  "Exhale."

[Platoon]

I have come to the conclusion that you cannot watch the game, do the game thread and lose 2 out of 3 games of Candy Land to your granddaughter!
