Not bad for starting the inning with two outs and nobody on. Arcia reminds me a lot of Kubel ten years ago. Potential to hit .300, the balls jump off his bat for lots of extra base hits, about the same in the outfield speed and arm-wise, and you know you'll have to see a few clutch strikeouts along the way, but boy when he comes up big with runners on base it's worth it!

Isn't this a Marquis-like situation. DFA Correia and bring up May or Johnson (and while we're at it DFA Kubel as well and find a centerfielder so Hicks can get time at AAA).

Not at all like Marquis. Correia has pitched better than Nolasco and probably better than Gibson the last six weeks.
