big dog Verified Member Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 He's had a month's worth of highlights in the last 24 hours.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 Brian Dozier for gold glove, anyone?Almost completely depends on offensive counting stat outcome. Zero sarcasm, btw. That being said, he is a good defensive 2B.
Guest USAFChief Guests Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 Buck up, fans. We're just two overthrows at first from taking back the lead.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 Paco looks like he's doing interpretive dance. Or he's showing the other bees how to get to the flowers.
Halsey Hall Verified Member Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 We could use a long ball. How about it Pedro?
drunksam Verified Member Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 If Hicks isn't hurt that was a bad move to hit for him and not Florimon's disaster at the plate.
Guest USAFChief Guests Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 We could use a long ball. How about it Pedro?A couple of these guys could use a long plane ride...how about Pedro?
Gibby Provisional Member Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 How do these fast food joints get away with advertising these big beautiful burgers and sandwiches, when in reality, what you get looks like Prince Fielder fell on it.
twinsnorth49 Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 Just tuned in, 14 LOB by the Dodgers?....who has the horseshoe up their a**?
LaBombo Verified Member Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 Intermission music before walkup was Van Morrison's 'Wild Night". Reminds me that his show at the U of M's Northrop was not only the worst live music show I've ever seen, it actually made me pursue a refund. And VF's 'Blister in the Sun' shows up in the walkup for... I don't know, Escobar, Florimon, insert random AAAA name here...
thetank Verified Member Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 Eleven walks for the 'Aim at their bats' pitching staff. Dozier on his way from 'poor man's Knoblauch' to 'affordable Knoblauch Light'.He needs to hit higher than .225. On any contending team he would coming in for defensive replacement.

What a crotchety old fart.

There's a movie that asks that very same question....http://www.serienjunkies.ch/fotos/top-5-855/platz-3-falling-down-ein-ganz-normaler-tag-1993-9145.jpg
cmathewson Provisional Member Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 That's some country hard ball there.
snepp Verified Member Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 He needs to hit higher than .225. On any contending team he would coming in for defensive replacement. His .350 OBP and .450 SLG say otherwise.
Guest USAFChief Guests Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 I've seen Van stink up the joint more than once.Usually once is enough for most folks.
thetank Verified Member Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 Is Collabello 2 for his last 20 with 1 RBI? Hope it is just a blip.
Gibby Provisional Member Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 Usually once is enough for most folks. I used to cater on the road for bands. I've seen some bands hundreds of times.
Joe A. Preusser Verified Member Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 Quite a game. Also sounds like May had a hell of an outing.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 I've seen Van stink up the joint more than once. What a crotchety old fart.Did he look like he would rather be having a prostate exam? He performed a song list that seemed designed to simultaneously offend dedicated fans and disappoint the casual ones. Don't remember him speaking to the audience. Encore fail, no doubt due to lukewarm applause.
Gibby Provisional Member Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 He looked like he was having a prostate exam. He used to throw a hissy if he saw anyone drinking alcohol too.
Beezer07 Provisional Member Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 His .350 OBP and .450 SLG say otherwise. Contending teams don't care about such nerd concerns. An .800 OPS from your above-average defensively 2B? Pass.
