If I had to put together a bullpen as part of a team in 2027, I'd much prefer Acton at $800 thousand over Hoffman at $12.67 million.

Need to plan accordingly....White Sox have made strides beyond belief...and they now have the Pope

Jeffers yes ,   gotta keep playing Walker  or never learn,  to me its long past wins and losses ,  set-up 2027   should be the only thought

Play Jenkins.  Play Culpepper.  Play Gonzales.  ERod should be in MLB and playing too. It should be 2027 tryout time to end the year

It's sputtering. Give it some gas.

Pablo Torres has blown the lid off of big time sports….. go to google about Magic Johnson and etc

Dodgers might be in trouble…. course it will take a few years to uncover but….. the state of MLB and all professional sports is not good

In theory, we're toast. Probably will finish this series as if we're in the hunt but if not based on who's up, what's the optimal lineup to ready for next year?

RF Keaschall

SS Culpepper

2B Clemens

DH Bell

3B Lee

C Jeffers - Caratini

1B Lewis

CF Jenkins

LF Gonzalez - Ross

Cribbage Jackson

Not too different from what we're trotting out now.

White Sox Stadium..been to several ...one of the worst...

I’d still rather watch a game there than Wrigley. Way better sightlines for starters. It’s a nothing, concrete stadium, but I’d much rather see the whole field to partial view seats at Wrigley.

My bad. I thought i'd pulled the choke...

Honestly, doubly my bad, just 'cause i had other things distracting me.

I get listen to all the G&S this weekend.

How long ago was that? It’s not any more a rough area than Wrigley. More muggings happen in Wrigleyville around Cubs games because of all the bars. The crime in that neighborhood spikes quite a bit around games, otherwise it’s not so bad. It’s always been the perception that the Sox stadium was a in bad area of town, but it’s not anymore. Not since they’ve torn down the Robert Taylor Homes in the 90s. I’ve lived in Chicago more than 25 yrs and have gone to many games there by myself, on the L or ridden my bike. I’ve never once been bothered by anyone or felt unsafe. And I’m a female. If you were mugged in the parking lot there, it was more random and not because the area is bad. Sorry that happened to you and understand how that drives your perception of the neighborhood. But it’s not at all like it was back in the 70s, 80s and 90s, and during game time, no worse, and probably better, than Wrigleyville during games.

Yeah....been awhile..maybe 20 to 25 years .ago..that may be it. I was just not impressed by the stadium and area around it at the time. I was at Wrigley when it was day games only...long time ago...LOVED IT...but I know they added seating and more. It reminded me of Fenway.
