He is not moving around nearly as much as he was, he is much more stable then his previous stint before going down.  He actually went with the pitch which he hasn't been doing.

Looked more like desperation than going with the pitch ,   Luke  went with his and got a clean hit,    he needs to get that PULL everything out if his head

If the Gameday feed is correct, one homer went out on a curveball, one was a four-seamer.  I'm sure the coaching staff is on top of this, but might Taj be tipping his pitches?

If only we had another option for SS, but I guess Gray is the best option we have in the organization.

Taj has not impressed me thus far!

This is already beginning to look like a loss, and we're only in the second inning.

Sigh!

Had a game last week too, Buck lead off with a HR and that was all she wrote

He had two strikes on him and he was protecting the plate.  He was not looking to pull the ball.  Don't let facts get in the way of your narrative.

This game could easily be a repeat of that game.

I have looked at Taj Bradley's last few starts. It seems like his stuff is there he's just not locating, and executing his pitches early in the count. When he's behind in the count it seems like he gets predictable and hangs some cookies that the hitters don't miss.

He has been better tonight, that hit by Greene was a good pitch, but I think hitters are catching on to him. IMO

As a rule if you throw strikes you typically won't be pitching with a hitters count.

Why Ryan is not disposable.

This is who Bradley is…. he should be better than he is, and occasionally will string a few nice starts together to give you hope but he has little command of the zone. He’s a chucker that throws balls at the plate and when not throwing strikes is not very good. Tampa gave him every opportunity to stay in the rotation, what we are seeing is why they gave up.

Whatever it may be, it’s concerning. 0 HRs given up in his first 5 starts. 8 and counting in his next 7 starts.
