Walter Johnson tossed a no hitter for the Senators in 1920. I remember watching on MLB.TV. Mrs Chief got on me about taking out the garbage but I held my ground and watched it all.

Jack Kralick threw the Twins first no hitter in 1962.

He was a 9th inning walk from a perfect game.

The Babe had the day off so we watched the game with a couple of dames, a few beers and about a dozen New York Hot Dogs. Man those things gave me gas. Of course in the old days TV was black and white and we had to get off of our ass to change the channel. That was brutal.

Lets see what Sim can do tonight. He was better last week against the Rays. Hopefully its an upward trend.

Keep him away from Subway.

...and don't get me started with the agony of horizontal hold and vertical hold,, AKA flipping.

I can't believe I missed that one!

To be fair, I was more preoccupied of other pastimes of that age such as making bathtub gin and contracting tuberculosis

That’s a good rule of thumb for anyone. Subway is gross and unbelievably expensive now.

So far he is the weakest link for Starters, if he is here and starts next year it wont be a good sign for 2027

I would put Schlotzsky’s Deli in the top 5, as well as Pita Pit.

i would also accept getting hit in the nuts as a better alternative to Subway

I haven’t had Pita Pit since my college days so I can’t confirm or deny that. I have heard Schlotzky’s has gone downhill like Panera over the years but maybe not?

Schlotzkys is not what it used to be, but the last time I had it was pretty good. I would say Panera has regressed further.

Noticed that Outman starting against  Corbin a lefthander and Wallner sitting for the 2nd straight night. Any tea leave reading or informed knowledge  on the matter.

Sadly it's not the most upsetting development. Larnach must need a day off.

I'm expecting Pablo will be here health permitting. Give Joe a 50/50 right now.  Taj Abel Ober Sim.

Larnick and outman both starting. Wall ner sitting.. Waller has been in such a prolonged slump that it is not that surprising. I have been surprised that Wallner has been not been platooned more. Hopefully  a couple days off  will  clear his head. Wonder if he is played thru an undisclosed injury.

They’re all over the place. All you gotta do is stand in a busy, city road. I don’t know if there are buses in small towns where Peter lives.

You forgot Contracting Tuberculosis, also higher than Subway but below Getting Hit by a Bus.
