• The Bradley Burn: Taj has been a beast. He needs to keep the high-heat painting the black to keep Vlad Jr. and Springer off-balance. No free passes to the bottom of the order today.
• Situational Swings: We left too many ducks on the pond yesterday. I want to see

Hi guys thought I would start something new by adding icebreakers if that's ok with you guys thankyou @sampleSizeOfOne for inspiring me to add something to my boring old game threads I will work on this more/narrow it down over time but please comment or PM me with any suggestions because in the end its the community's game thread so please feel free to PM/Comment with suggestion's/new formats/anything else to make this better.

I like it, nice intro! I thought I read somewhere Springer is out or injured? Maybe I'm wrong. Let's keep up the hitting, Lee with a hot bat, Bell and Jeffers adding on. And another dominating outing by Bradley. Go Twins!

It's an off lineup today but it's getaway day and Buck has looked tired. I hope a Wallner Outman Larnach OF can provide defense for Taj. If Lee continue to perk up our IF defense is solid enough w Gray next to him.  

This feels like a Trap game, if you can call a game at the AL champs home park a trap. Martin and Jeffers have been two of our most dependable bats lately and they are both on the bench. I'm worried we're on the short end 5-3.

I expect most on TD won't like this lineup. It is as left handed as possible (all five LH hitters plus three switch hitters) and is pretty suspect defensively. Thanks to a run of pretty good starting pitching (except SWR) the bullpen is fairly rested on the 12th day of a 15 consecutive day stretch. It is early days yet, but except for Outman, the lowest OPS in this lineup belongs to ............Keaschall.

I was checking on some team splits and found some interesting information. The Twins currently have a better OPS against left handed pitching. .695 vs. LH, .684 vs. RH. They also have a higher batting average against southpaws--.232 to .216. Also, the Twins are middle of the pack in hitting with runners on base, runners in scoring position and the bases loaded.

What is with the insistence to make Clemens a regular, he is a bench piece and that is how he is most effective.  What does Martin have to do to get regular playing time.  The only reason he has gotten regular time is because of all the lefties we have faced.  I get this is a get away lineup, but get a leadoff hitter in there and not Clemens.

Gray is solidifying is grasp on the utility role for the year.  Good defense and the bat keeps showing up big.
